Of the 17 reviews and ratings on Amazon, only one is negative.  Almost half of the reviewers give this wood planer a five star rating.  One reviewer says that he “can’t live without this planer” in his shop.  The finite adjustments this tool allows him to make has been a life saver on multiple occasions.  Another individual agrees that this planer is versatile and has plenty of power, but he warns potential buyers to also get the dust bag that is sold separately.

As with every product we review, we also looked at the negative feedback.  There is only one bad review at the time of writing this article.  The user gave this planer a low rating because, according to him, the back shoe is not flat, which leads to unintentionally tapered planing.  However, he also experienced the same thing with another planer from a different manufacturer (Bosch), so this makes us think it may be user error.
